The problem

An existing site that did not reflect the studio brand, and a booking setup that treated a twenty-minute infill and a three-day accredited training course as if they were the same thing.

What I built

A custom theme built around the studio identity, paired with a toolkit plugin holding the service menu, booking records, and branded HTML email templates for every stage of a booking. Standard appointments route to the existing scheduling tool; lash training keeps a built-in enquiry form, because training dates get arranged by conversation rather than picked off a calendar.

What changed

Every notification the client sends — received, confirmed, cancelled — is a branded template they can preview from the dashboard, not a plain-text default.
